The Journey Unfolds

TVS Rubber worked with the customer’s design team and successfully designed and developed the Boot, taking into account the end application, assembly, and other data.

Testing and Validation 

TVS Rubber subjected the newly developed Boot to various tests, like Thermal Cyclic, Rotation and Articulation, and Environmental assessments, among others, to ensure compliance and quality.

The deployed Boots exceeded expectations and garnered positive feedback from end- customers (OEMs) for their performance and reliability.

After the initial launch and encouraged by positive fleet performance, the customer successfully developed several product variations for markets across the US, Europe, and other geographies.

This success enabled TVS Rubber to maintain a 100% share in these product lines with this client. Furthermore, the customer’s end-users also adopted them for their new programs.
